We like to remind you of the HCAN AGM & Alumni Gathering for 2017.
When: Sunday March 4th, 2018
Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Where: Vinchandra Restaurant (Markham Road & Painted Post Avenue)
795 Markham Road, Scarborough, ON, M1H 2Y2.
(Snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
Cost: Entrance, food and drinks are free, Please RSVP alumni@hinducollegecolombo.com two weeks prior to the event so the organizers can decide the amount of food and drinks to order)
Nomination for Executive Committee members 2018/2019
Please submit the nomination form to the Secretary Raveen Nathan tawady@yahoo.com, if you wish to be elected for a position in the Executive Committee.
Also available is the withdrawal form in case you have to pull out your nomination subsequently for any reason. Once again here are the key dates to remember: •
February 24th, 2018 – Last day for nominations to be received by the Secretary. •
February 25th, 2018 – Names of eligible nominees will be published on the website by the Secretary. •
February 28th, 2018 – Last day for withdrawal of nomination to be received by the Secretary.
We’ll be in touch with you in due course, with names of nominations along with the financial statement. Please mark your calendar with all important dates and most certainly Sunday March 4th, 2018.
