Re: Request for Sponsorship – 2nd Battle of the Hinduites Annual Cricket Encounter
The 2nd Battle of the Hiduites annual cricket encounter between Hindu College Colombo and Hindu College Jaffna will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the FairTree Cricket Grounds, 385 Elson Street, Markham, ON L3S 4R9.
The encounter will have an under 50 years and an over 50 years cricket match and will be played in keeping with the COVID Phase 3 or possible Phase 4 protocols and is expected to attract social media and visual coverage.
As our Alumni has a good mixture of small to large scale business owners, professionals, and newcomers, this event would be an ideal opportunity to advertise, market and promote your products and services. We are offering the following comprehensive rates for sponsors and advertisers that you may take advantage of:
Principal Sponsor:
- Complimentary inclusion in all event promotions (audio-visual and print media) and flyers
- Complimentary inclusion of Name and or logo in the Official HCAN Cricket Jersey
(Option to choose between rear top, right sleeve, left sleeve or right chest)
- Banner displayed at the grounds adjoining the MC desk and main tent
(Banner to be provided by the sponsor or for printing by HCAN subject to sponsorship amount)
- Complementary HCAN Cricket Jersey
- Recognition at the Awards Ceremony
- Cost: CAD 3000.00 or the Highest offer
T’ Shirt Logo Sponsors:
There will be THREE advertising spots available in the HCAN Cricket Jersey for T’Shirt Logo Sponsors.
- Any three of the following four options SUBJECT TO Primary Sponsor’s choice – rear top, right sleeve, left sleeve or right chest.
- Banner display at the venue
(Sponsor will be responsible for providing the banner 48 hrs prior to the event)
- Recognition at the Awards Ceremony
- Cost: CAD 500.0 or the Highest offer
